TASTING NOTES

Cognac PARK Borderies Mizunara Single Cask 2006 draws its specificity from a marriage of Single Cru Cognac which is 100% Borderies and an ageing in Mizunara Japanese oak casks, a rare Japanese oak, found in the legendary Nikko Forest. This complex wood brings to Cognac PARK a slightly spicy flavour, absolutely unique.

TERROIRS

Composed of 100% Borderies, giving round eaux-de-vie, floral and sweet, characterised by a perfume of violets.
