TERROIRS
It is composed of:
- 70% Grande Champagne, producing eaux-de-vie that are rich in floral aromas, delicate and distinctive,
- 30% Petite Champagne, with their individual floral and slightly fruity aromas.

Moelleux dark chocolate MANJARI; Madagascar; with delicate flavours of Espelette peppers, caramel milk with fleur de sel.
