TASTING NOTES
The aromas open progressively to allow scents of dried apricot, of hazelnuts and of gingerbread to appear.
TERROIRS
Coming 100% from The Grande Champagne, known for its fine and delicate eaux-de-vie. They require a long ageing in order to express their aromatic richness.
SUGGESTIONS
Toasted rustic bread, chopped shiitake mushrooms and Bellota ham.
The delicate nutty taste of the Bellota helps reveal the delicate floral notes of PARK XO Grande Champagne. The melting umami of the Shiitake strengthens the creaminess of this cognac.
